There's supposed to be "too much of a good thing" I doubt AI acknowledges often if at all. My take is that, more may not always be better than enough, so I'd be hesitant to think 50% unless perhaps you're
really fit and do your thing under
any conditions you have out there where you ride.
Maybe 33%?
