#1 I've been a member of many forums, and a mod as well, and I know an instigator when I see them.
#2 I read the responses, and he was more perplexed then antagonistic, so you could have answered in a civil manner, and he would have provided assistance.
#3 I actually NOT a fan of
veganbikes , as we've butted heads on WAY MORE than one occasion, but I do respect his opinion AND knowledge in his area of expertise...
#4 Any time I've been an arrogant, opinionated poster here in the forums I've been corrected by other members, and I've ACCEPTED the fact that we're a worldwide community, and that EVERYONE is entitled to their opinion. When someone makes it PERSONAL, as you've seen fit to do, THAT'S when it's time to address the individual's gross misbehavior. The only time it's acceptable to be so terse is when you politely ask the person to please leave you alone, and move alone. He RESPONDED, and you came out with gunz-a-blazin'... Looks like an anger management problem is part of the situation.
And PS: he's a known advocate of speed restrictions, rules & regs, as well as a person who hates ebikes with high speeds and throttles. Still, he didn't make it personal, he stated his OPINION.
