1. SRAM brakes leave a lot to be desired. No doubt.
2. SRAM brakes operate just fine when installed and maintained correctly.
3. If you keep changing pads and not the rotor then you need to start there the next time by chainging both.
4. SRAM brakes have a tendency to have the pistons stick to the seals. Get that fixed.
5. Why are you lightly dragging your brakes for long periods of time? It's a disc brake.
6. bed in the new pads and rotors correctly.
