Realize it's just a 1 speed bike. Wrong style dropout if you are thinking of making it a multi speed derailleur bike. Perhaps IGH if the spacing on the rear works.

If that's what you want, then make it yours. I'd offer $20 at most. Though I'm wondering why you don't prefer some of the other bikes in the background
