Many of these I suspect are Chinese brands which isn't the worst thing ever because occasionally you'll find a decent quality item at an OK price but yeah - the whole "NeoPro" thing seems to be pretty bogus.
I've owned multiple pieces of NeoPro kit over the last 5+ years alongside stuff that cost much more. I bought my first NeoPro kit based on a recommendation from a friend, and I've never been disappointed. I've consistently found that the quality of their clothing hits well above their price point. Other guys I ride with (experienced riders/racers) who have NeoPro stuff feel the same way. I quite like the use of multiple fabrics in their jerseys (not unique, but one of the signs of quality kit), their jerseys and bibs fit me as well as any others I've had, and I have zero complaints about the bib padding.

For most bike clothing brands, I'm either a L or XL jersey and always a L bib. With NeoPro, I'm a L for both, and they fit my body very well. When I have to go to a XL to get enough chest size with other brands (wide shoulders), the jerseys tend to be a little longer than I prefer. All that said, I prefer a performance/racing (snug) fit.

Based on what I have observed from comments on this site, fit issues have tended to be with 2XL and larger sizes. Maybe that's an issue for them.
