Bikes: too many sparkly Italians, some sweet Americans and a couple interesting Japanese

You pretty much nailed it, being 75 I have used all three, laced that needed to be re-tightened, velcro that gives out over time and Boas that work well and I have replaced on well worn Shimano shoes.
