Oh sure, I like riding with one of my friends who also ride but never more tnan1 other rider

I think you should shut up.

Realistically if you can have a conversation during a group ride it means you aren't putting in much effort. Crank that ride up to Zone 4 or 5 for the duration and nobody will be talking.
