they are pros.. you are not a pro... you now have a more extensive problem, a wheel that is no longer true, and more worry.

you should have left it alone, and ridden your bike.
you've now gone from one spoke a bit looser than the others, in a true wheel under warranty, to a bunch of spokes not the same, more up/down runout, no warranty, and more worry.
lucky for you that the rim is so stiff that it hasn't begun side/side warping... yet.
you'll see a main runout to one side, and a lesser runout to the opposite side, both before and after the main runout....
