I've always liked olives. Broccoli and cauliflower have become tolerable as I've gotten older. Asparagus a bit, but less so. Brussels sprouts are a nope.
Hated brussel sprouts for decades. Then my wife convinced me to try them at a restaurant where they were deep fried crispy, with bacon shreds, and Gorgonzola cheese. OMG, they were delicious because the bitter had been taken out and replaced by wonderfulness.
