Starting to gather parts for the build. I got an alloy bottlecage and a jaguar wire kit in today. Shifters will be here next week.

And because I can't stay off marketplace I bought a used Brooks Flyer saddle for $60. I paid $80 for the bike so that's a big investment in rear end comfort!
