Could just be Lambert/Viscount chainwheels on square tapered
TA Specialités Vis 5 crank arms, they're the same bolt pattern. I have a set I'm going to clean up and bolt to a set of Stronglight 49 Vis 5 arms for a '72 Gitane Interclub.
