If it fits, and if there are no problems we can't see in this pic, it's a good deal.

You may or may not need to replace consumables - tires/chain/cables/pads - depending on condition. That could add up to a couple hundred in parts, or be zero if everything is usable.

I'd spin the wheels to make sure they're true, check the bearings are smooth and not loose side-to-side.
