I have the VP-538 pedals on both of my bikes. Rivbike also sells them as the “Clem Smith” pedals.

It’s a good and reliable platform pedal with sealed bearings. They have plastic bodies, so they may not fit the vibe of your bikes, though both of my bikes have frames from the 80s.
