I bought all the parts for my wife's bike (11 speed GRX) for 25% off during a Bike Tires Direct sale, which they have periodically. If you aren't in a rush, stalk the parts for awhile on several such websites, and jump on it when there is a sale.

On mine, I replaced the rubber hoods for about $15 and that really refreshed their look. I did the same thing for the faceplates; they too are inexpensive. I haven't checked into parts like the levers, but it might be possible to just purchase a lever replacement. If not, sand it down until it is smooth, and then paint both of them black (or whatever matches).
