Lynskey is the Bed, Bath, & Beyond of the bike world - they more or less always have a sale, so why would anyone pay full price? And that’s exactly why their dealers hated them.
I bought my Lynskey around 2015 and shortly after there was a big dust up between Lynskey and local dealers. I bought mine from LBS.
However, the shop owner told me recently that everyone has made up and there is a good relationship now.
I do love mine, but that said, if the customer service is not good, there are other Ti bikes out there.
