Building early 2000'd Litespeed arenberg for wife. What fork?

Dear Bike forum,

Weeks ago, I went on a wild goose chase to buy a Montague fixie for my wife. It was unsalvageable.

However, I decided to use salvaged parts from that to build up something nice for my wife....and I got a Litespeed Arenberg frame off eBay in her size. I think it's from the late 90s

Does anyone have a recommendation for a nice fork? I'm thinking Chromoly.

Will be slowly building it up as I learn more about bikes. Trying to keep off the internet/news/doom scrolling, and make her something really nice.

ps. Also, trying to figure out this headset thing
