Unicanitors utterly, irredeemably suck. And they're really hard to find. And, for reasons that are ungrokkable to anyone who's ever had to sit on one, they're really, really expensive.

PS: Or you could just put a Rolls on it. No, they're not period correct, but they're only out of scope by a couple of years, and they look great, and they're awesome.
This is a 4 year old thread I'm responding to as I've been thinking of changing out the selle anatomica leather saddle on my 1982 Peugeot PXN 10. I love the saddle but it doesn't look quite right on the bike. I could go with a brooks pro but the one I have is hard as a rock and likely to stay that way.
Agree that unicantors are uniquely terrible saddles. Turbos are awesome. I raced them. Concor supercorsa and Rolls would be fine as well.
