A Chinese company called Kinlin makes two styles of rims with 32-hole and 40-holes drilling (and I think 36-hole too).
The ADHN is 700C/622, it is fairly narrow, has eyelets and double walls.
The other model is 27"/630, it is wider, single wall, no eyelets.
They are on Ebay currently.
Somebody here on BF was selling a set of the 27" rims (32/40) a few months ago.
