If shipping is expensive maybe this could be a thread to combine the shipping cost for a group in a country?
You can sort through the all options tab on the Velocity webpage to find models that have both. The Dyad certainly comes in both those drillings.

Check with your local bike shop. QBP has Sun Ringle in silver with that drilling and they may be able to get something direct from Velocity,
