I hang all my cycling clothes up to dry. We've got the space in the laundry room. Every thing except for maybe the chamois in the bibs is dry very quickly. If I had to wear them the next day, it wouldn't matter if they are damp. That'll just be a little extra cooling when the breeze begins after I start pedaling. And soon after everything will be sweat soaked anyway. So why waste the time and energy with a dryer?
If they don't dry fast enough for you, then put a box fan on them. The place we hang the clothes to dry is under a HVAC vent. So air is moving around them often.
