After reading all your stories, it sort of makes the two people I rode with that for the first 45 minutes only talked about how terrible and rude automobile drivers were look like great people to be around.

I seldom have any issues with drivers of vehicles. One of the things that seemed to be a main bone of contention for them was after vehicles passed us at a reasonable speed, they step on the pedal to get back up to the highway speed. And of course a lot more noise is going to come out of the tail pipe when a car accelerates hard.

I thought that a reasonable thing to do. They just griped about it and cussed each driver that went by. I haven't ridden with them again.
