Unsure about what constituted high-end touring components in the 80's. Maybe this fits the bill.
However, not a whole bunch of cyclists gravitate toward vintage setups for their touring, in my opinion.
With brake-lever shifting and more cogs nowadays, it seems like buyers may opt for that route.
I would sell that excellent rear rack separately. It could fetch enough for you to make the bike roadworthy.
