Bikes: Santa Cruz Blur 4 TR, Santa Cruz Hightower, Canyon Ultimate cf slx(x2), Canyon Endurace cf sl(rain bike,) Obed GVR, Ritchey Swiss Cross v3, Lauf Seigla rigid

Got up to start a workout at 5:30 this morning, before the workday started. Basically about 45 minutes of riding time...the original goal was 10x2' sets of Vo2 max intervals. I settled for only 8 sets, did those around 390ish watts. That may sound good, but it actually means I have some homework to do before 'cross season starts.
