Yeah, you're not going to get much more from a 120, and I don't think anyone makes a 130 with a 25.4 clamp. Look for a 3T bar and stem with a 26.0 clamp, or Cinelli with 26.0 (new style) or 26.4 (old style). Cinelli comes as long as 140 mm, in 5 mm increments. I say, once you get used to an Italian handlebar, there's no going back. You could try for a little more saddle setback. That top tube is short for a bike that tall. Good luck
