I never held that there are authorized Shmano sellers on EBay - i have no opinion on that. I'm almost exclusively Sram user mostly for design and ergonomic reasons, so I haven't shopped for new Shinano stuff on Ebay.

I was just saying that there are indeed real bike shops selling on Ebay. Rreal online bike shops. I've used many of them.

But to address what you might be thinking is a general comment on authorized sellers of certain products on eBay by using the Shimano example, there are indeed Sram Authorized sellers on Ebay. I've used them many times. At least they use a logo indicating as such.
