I use this: Airkompressor 10.0 Floor Pump – SKS USA
It meets both of your requirements:
1. It has a huge 80 mm (= 3.15 inches) gauge.
2. One lowers the lever to lock the chuck onto a Presta valve and flips the lever up to release the chuck.
