My primary toolbag pump is a Topeak Road Morph with the built-in gauge. I also have a Zefal HP on a couple bikes. Like them both, but the Road Morph gets the edge due to the gauge and ability to use as a "mini-floor pump".
That being said, some people I know have purchased the rechargeable pocket-size electric pumps and have been very happy with the performance.
When I know I'll be fixing a dozen or more flats (hopefully not my own) on a large ride such as when I do Bike Patrol on El Tour, I bring a light full-size floor pump such as a
Crank Brothers Sterling pump. Probably excessive overkill for most people or rides, but great for home use and when you need a serious pump, it works. As seen last November on the bike ready for action:
