The Large pedal has a Qfactor of 61.8mm, and the Extra Large has a Qfactor of 68.4mm (about the same as a Keo standard pedal with a 16mm pedal extender).
I bought the SQ 512 pedal in the Large size. The pedal is of very high quality, equivalent to the Look Keo pedal, in my opinion. The SQ 512 pedal does have a high minimum release tension, distinctly more than my 15+ year old Keo Max pedals.
