I agree. Anything that makes it easier to make more noise is bad. Fortunately, the few times I run across people play music on bikes, it's on MUP's and I'm moving 2X faster than them and I don't hear it for very long.

But it does amaze me that people think this is okay. Same with people on motor cycles absolutely blasting music in order to hear it over their loud engines. There are so many options to just hear it in your own ears only. I pretty much can only assume these people are intentionally trying to annoy other people. Or at least trying to attract attention.
