Typically people in a restaurant don’t practically shout or have their speaker on full volume. Had a dinner in Florida practically ruined by a nob loudly talking to someone over the phone with zero regard for the people around him. It was selfish and rude.
Two people having a conversation in a restaurant at the volume people use when talking to their phones would piss a lot of people off.
