Worse than speakers on bicycles: speakers on motorcycles. Motorcycles are inherently loud AND riders wear helmets that cover their ears AND there's a lot of wind noise, so then they turn the volume up to something they can hear above all of that. Last week I was passed by some clown on a Harley that sounded like he was running open pipes, and on top of it blasting music. WT actual F H?
