In the heat of battle, no one pays any attention to which arm you have up in the air. They see a guy along the road holding his horn, they know you need something. If they see you frantically ripping your rear wheel off your bike, they get some sense of what you need.

If you flat in the middle of the pack, get yourself safely out of the pack and then try to find the Wheel Van.
