I mentioned it to several riders I know who ride in a group and they mentioned it to others, but a grand total of 2 people looked at it, neither bought it. Keeping my old (2006) LeMond Reno, as I know it wouldn't bring but pennies, and it rides/functions like new. Have you noticed the same lack of interest in oldies but goodies in your area?
Last year I picked up a Litespeed Ti frame in perfect condition for $400 - it had committed the cardinal sin of being rim-brake-only, 25mm tire max and not Di2-compatible. It can be a great time to buy if you're OK with these limitations, which were certainly not limitations until maybe 5-10 years ago. That being said, I would forgo disk brakes and electronic shifting for the ability to run wider tires, but this remains a minor issue (for me, at least) - I'm otherwise really happy with my "obsolete" narrow-tired, rim-braked, mechanical-shifting turn-of-the-century contraptions
