What is "petty" is dumping diesel exhaust fumes into a cyclist's lungs just because he or she is on a bicycle.
The fines will hopefully discourage that type of pettiness in the future.
Oh I agree, it's an a hole move to roll coal on someone.
But I also believe 2 wrong don't mak a right.
My attitude towards the situation has to do more with my disdain of overpowerfull government and people that want that kinda control over their life's
