Uh... that fork has *massive* negative trail, might be unrideably unstable, unless the weight of the rider stabilizes it toward steering center, the opposite configuration of too much positive trail with excessive wheel flop. But try to roll that bike fast with no rider and see if it rolls stable on its own, I think it will crash immediately.
