Welcome, consider posting details over on the Recumbent forum and if it applies the Fifty Plus 50+ forum if it applies. Details will help, age, physical condition, etc. I for one have arthritis issues and age issues (75) so use a recumbent trike when the osteoarthritis flares up and enjoy my cycling time on it greatly.
