Although I’m an avid cyclist, I haven’t posted on bike forums because I know what I like and am pretty knowledgeable in that area. However, this is my first electric bike. Accordingly, I’ve done quite a bit of research on this bike. Although it’s shipped locally, it’s sold all over the world and most of the input is from other countries. However, except for the seat (which is not adjustable) and the back shock (which is a bit hard), all reviews are highly complimentary stating, in most cases, that it’s the best bike they have ever ridden. In researching and viewing other electric bikes in shops near me, I feel that its unique design, makes it stand out from every other bike, especially in its price range. Living Florida, I really don’t need a hill climber, but I do intend to trail ride. Although my local bike shop doesn’t sell this bike, they assure me they work on all bikes and the parts that usually break are pretty standard on this bike. In addition, many of the reviews state that the company provides great customer service and is quick to honor its two year warranty with any and all parts and labor coverage.
