Btw, I did communicate with ATS' agent in Taiwan and while responses weren't fast, they were thorough and their price for a new unit pretty reasonable. The day I got that response though I'd just ordered the second hand one. I'm tempted to get another one without the torque arm (which works on bifolds) for the not unlikely event that I get a folder where the rear triangle folds under the bike (like a Brompton, BF, Birdy etc) ...
Good to know about secondhand Schumpf drives being available here, I had a quick search and found your supplier. Noted for future projects…
