Most (many,) will service the "bike parts" (brakes, derailleur etc) of the bikes, but won't work on the "e" system because it can be impossible to get parts and/or they don't want the liability of the cheaper (if you don't believe me, check the cells and BMS in yours) batteries in their shops.
