Company Review

I didn’t buy this bike on a wing-and-a-prayer. Prior to my purchase, I did extensive research on not only customer reviews but also the company itself. This is what I learned…

The company is a Chinese company that ships to Europe (its primary market) out of its production facility in Poland. Although the company is relatively new (formed in 2024), in that time it’s built an impressive following, especially in Europe where it is now a primary supplier of e-bikes. Their electric bikes are sold worldwide online, with particular focus on markets in Europe, the UK, and now the US.

The company offers models that fit various terrains and riding styles, including commuters and adventure e-bikes. It has a network of over 1,000 independent dealers. The company’s primary market focus using the company’s words “is on riders seeking high-quality, affordable electric bikes” and based on the many reviews I’ve read, existing customers commend their competitive pricing, solid build and customer service.

In the company ‘s words, the company “emphasizes excellent customer service, with rapid response, after-sales support, and provides a generous warranty policies (2 years).”

From my research, I’d say this seems to be a solid company, with a focus on what’s important to most cyclists. It’s reviews are overwhelmingly favorable not only on the construction of the bike but also customer support.

Although I’ll know more once I get mine, (and will most assuredly report back on my experience), I can say at least to date, the customer support I’ve received on answering all my questions has been exemplary.

We’ll see how it rides, the comfort level, if the non-movable seat is actually an issue and how any setup challenges I might face are handled by the company. I’ll report back on each stage.

And finally once I have it a bit, I’ll let you know if I have any issues and how those issues were handled by the company.

My reporting won’t be from a bike shop wanting to sell THEIR bikes or from the company wanting to promote THEIR bikes. It will be from an actual first time e- bike rider. Stay tuned.
