I used to ride mine every weekend at the California Pasadena Rose Bowl. I would do about a 1/2 dozen laps (about 3-4 miles per lap).
It was an original from about 1873 called an HHC (Hillman Herbert Cooper).
Don't buy those cheap replicas, Buy an original if you're serious about riding one.
That's me from a magazine cover that a guy wrote an article about me riding this early machine around the Arroyo.
I restored it myself (basically paint and polishing with a few repairs here and there) - original grips were from carved from Water Buffalo Horn.
I sold this bike as it was a bit small for me. It was a 54 inch and at 6'1" I should ride. 55" or a 56".
