I grew up just east of you in Homewood. Ever had Aurelio's pizza? (old oven, well-done)

That's a great bike you got, from the golden age of Schwinn steel bikes. I'd like one some day. If old Schwinns in good shape are too dear, then maybe a Surly or something.

If you ever get further up north, I'll be happy to host you on a ride. Maybe join our local coffee ride some Saturday morning? We ride from Anna's on the Lake in Kenosha down to It's All Good in Zion. Some of us arrive early at Anna's and have breakfast, coffee, and socialize for awhile before riding down to IAG and having more coffee. Then, we ride back via a different route. (usually lakefront) Ends up being ~30 miles at 12-14 mph avg.

Or we'll just ride around Kenosha and I'll show you the town.

I hang out here mostly in the Electric Bikes, Folding Bikes and Commuting subfora, but I pop my head in General Discussion from time to time.
