My favorite lbs checks all customers automatically to make sure they are giving all bike club members and racing team members the standard discount. When they did not have a helmet that fit they sent me to another shop that did. The owner runs rest stops for local Brevets and moves the whole shop and staff to the start/finish of the Wine Country Century.
