I would not buy a kit like the one being asked about. They are not quality tools, many of which you will never use. Look at some bike maintenance videos on Parktool,com, and/or Youtube, and get the specific tools you will need for the job you wish to do. Even if on a budget, a few dollars more for a better made tool is worth it, especially with often used tools, such as hex wrenches.
