I ended up buying the first bike shown in my original post - the '94 Litespeed Classic.
It resulted in the best deal, mostly because it allows me to part-out the '94 Chorus gruppo to recover my entire cost!
I pulled the low-mileage 11sp Ultegra groupset from my rainbike. Refreshed the fork, tires, bar, and chain.
The Moots that Velomateo linked looked sweet, but my preference called for traditional geometry. Someone stole that sucker!
Shod with 28c tires. The rear will accept 30 or 32.
My only new Fizik bar tape kicking around comes in black or tan. Let me know which you folks like.
