I bought one in 1971 in Colorado. It had a TA crank, Campagnolo Nuovo Record derailleurs and high-flange hubs, leather Brooks saddle, aluminum tubular rims. It was white. I paid $300, or so, which was expensive back then. All I know is that it was made in France. I sold it about 10 years later.
