I think they both look good, but your comment on the tan sidewalls swayed me.
The green doesn't read very green (in the pics anyway) but the Tan matches the sidewalls, and is friends with the gum hoods and brown saddle. Since the frame is blue I would go with the Tan rather than introduce another color.
