Got a dedicated pair of winter shoes since I was getting tired of putting on booties and destroying them after a couple rides. Got a pair of North Wave Celsius R GTX shoes.

Also full upgraded the the tires on both my bikes. Both my bikes were running Elite Wheels Gen 1 Drive Series wheels w/ GP5000 S TR 28mm tires setup tubeless. Both sets of tires started to develop tire rot, with the Tarmac having the worse rot. Decided to go 30mm front and back on the Foil RC since it maxes out at 30mm clearance granted it looks like I could squeeze a 32mm in the rear and the Tarmac SL8 went with 32mm in the rear and 30mm up front. On the Gen 1 Drives that have a 21mm internal 28mm external there is ever so slightly bulbing on the 30mm tire and the 32mm is more noticeable but nothing crazy. A more modern 23mm-25mm internal with a 30mm external would be better for a 30mm tire aero wise, but on both my rides this weekend set multiple PR, so I don't think the aero penalty matters as much as people think
