I'm getting my Ritchey set up for 'cross season. I want to be able to switch between having it 1x for CX racing, and then have it set up as a 2x road bike the rest of the year. It had a GRX 812, but that's a 1x rear mech and didn't shift well when I tried to bodge a 2x drivetrain together.
Anyway..picked up a GRX 810 rear derailleur this past week...it's now set up as a 1x11, with a 40t paired to an 11-32 cassette. I adjusted the front limit screws so that I can leave the front derailleur in place. I already have a spare set of 50mm deep road wheels, so the only thing I need now is another crankset.
