With bike upside down, position the cranks horizontally and push down with your weight.
Rotate 180 degrees and..... repeat as needed.
Yep, at least 2 times but I’ll repeat again tonight before going to bed, have it soaking right now with that crank arm face down. At least I hope it’s soaking
